The package for the YP-T9 comes with a program called, Samsung Media Studio. It's pretty much like Windows Media Player, but kinda confusing. If you just want to upload some music, use Windows Media Player. The Samsung Media Studio has a video converter and it's relatively easy to use.

First, you click on the video icon near the top, and then you find the video you want to convert. Then you right click it and select convert file. By the way you can't have the MP3 player connected, otherwise the convert file button wont show up. Then you'll have the option to select which MP3 player you have (in this case, the T9) and then select a place where you want to save the file to. After it's done converting, the file type should be SVI instead of WMV.

Like I said before, the Samsung Media Studio isn't as great dealing with music, but it works decently when you want to upload videos onto your T9. I hope this helps!!
