I'm going to tell a small situation, and you all have to figure out what the senario involves.
Heres the Senario :

I was out today driving. I had my Canon Eos Rebel with me. I love the Waterfront here in Buffalo. In the summer time its an enjoyable place to take the family. In the winter time, the display of ice and snow is also quite beautiful.
In the summer, the city puts out those ' porta-johns ' or ' porta-potties ' for people to relieve themselbves in.I used to believe the City would come along with a big truck and pick them up in the fall, but apparently I was wrong. It would seem, whenever the lake would freeze, these ' porta johns ' would disappear from their locations. I often wondered ***why this would happen?***

they're just shoving them into the lake before it freezes.... ya know, to clean them out before spring
