with the hands and all getting cold i would say that it was something to do with your blood circulation, withthe being tired all the time it may be just that your not getting a good enough sleep maybe because of your bed,or just a racing mind during your sleep. if you smoke that could be a reason for being cold because it restricts the blood flow... with the going to the bathroom depending on how long it has been going on it may just be an overactive bladder... as for the menstrual cycle thing i cant help you with that .... i would suggest going to see you general practitioner if you have one..... good luck

You drink too much, don't get enough sleep, need to turn the heat up, and wear gloves. As far as your heavy menstrual cycles, buy super absorbent pads.

Could be diabetes. Are you thirsty as well. Does it run in your family? Not sure about the heavy periods though, don't know if that fits or not.

Could also be a problem with your thyroid gland and/or diabetes. Definitely go to a doctor and check it out.
