Colin Powell should run for President of USA, if Bush would have listened to him Bush's legacy would have been much much greater. Instead he listened to Rumsfeld his dad's rival back in the day and of course Cheney was always jeolous of him. I know his wife isn't really supportive of him running but who cares she will get over it.

Colin Powell knows he was involved with duping the American Public about the reasons for going to war. He knows the Intel was doctored to favour the administrations plan of invading Iraq. And he know it will eventually blow up as it is now with reports starting to surface about "irregular" manipulation of intelligence reports by members of the Bush Staff. I would imagine if the impeachment of Bush ever goes forward Colin Powell will have some interesting things to say under oath.

YOU may not care that Colin Powell respects his wife's opinion, but I am sure HE does! They have been married some 30 to 40 years.
She is afraid some redneck with a grudge against African Americans will kill him.

colin powell supported the war and the reasons we went to war.. read his speaches...
he left the white house for more personal reasons, not saying he didnt agree with some things, because he did.. but when you go to war.. no1 really knows what to think.. argueing is expected after just declaring war on another country...

After all the doctored and false information Colin told the world he has no chance to win. It would be easy pickins for his competitors to pick him apart like a rib tip. God Bless

He wouldn't win anyway. People spoke about him years ago to run for President and even then, prior to 9/11 and Iraq, the masses still weren't with him.
