I don't think it's worth sueing over, but I have noticed that before. They really should make band-aids in different shades. Or black people could buy the colourful ones, like hot pink and bright blue.

Dude, you know those bottles under the sink? You are not supposed to sniff those. That is why you are getting this weird notion that people should sue Band Aid. They are not! They have had that colour since they were invented!

Never thought of this concept before.
Interesting.
No. I don't think it's a viable lawsuit. But it's true they should make bandaids in many different colors.
But I believe they already do that.

Hmmm.... I'm Caucasian and the band aids don't match my skin either. Let's just all join in and be idiots together!

I just got some bandaids from Kerr Drugs, and 10 of them are light (they're small sized), 10 are tan-ish (medium sized), and 10 are brown (the large ones) EHhaeh, GeOrGiA PeAcH, me too! Everything that's supposed to blend in or match the palest of the pale is always too dark for me... sigh.

hmm..actually, you might have a point. because they have advertised their bandages that are suppose to be the same color as your skin. It is only Caucasian skin they cater too. I don't know if they could be sued..but it's a good idea to have bandages to suit all skin tones..if there is a real demand for them. I would suspect it would cost more tho.

No, I think that your question is kinda crazy. Nobody cares about the color of band-aids as long as they work!
