1) The only scandal is prosecutotial misconduct.
2) Valery Plame is alive & well. She wasn't undercover to begin with.

1) She was not a CIA AGENT. She was NEVER undercover, but merely a secretary. There is no law stating that you can't reveal the names of workers in the CIA who are NOT undercover.

2) Per the front page of the liberally slanted Washington Times, Libby was not the leak, Armitage was.

George Bush used solid archives to justify his conflict. George Wilson grow to be despatched through the CIA to substantiate the archives. He couldn't. she's alive... but there is some question as to how undercover she was...

the main problem here is... the CIA doesn't like to talk about what they do in public... so it's kind of hard to get an idea just what she was doing for them... and if she was or was not undercover...

the real crime here is perjury, just like Clinton...

it's not what was leaked when, but that Scooter lied about what he told them under oath... you can't do that no matter what you're talking about...

She was outed. Meaning thats the worst thing to happen to CIA agent, because then youre useless in the field.

But the trial isnt about the leak, its about Libbys purgury and obstruction of justice.

But the defense is trying to make it the issue of who leaked it.

What do you think about the tape in which Armitage says that Tenet's hands are clean because he had the "yellowcake in Niger" line removed from a speech that took place before it appeared in the State of the Union address?

She is currently alive, but she had to retire from the CIA due to her cover being blown. Not to mention that due to her cover being blown, her life is in danger now.

Stupid is as stupid does. . . (the leaking, I mean)
