red blood cells. the absence of a nuclei (to make room for the haemoglobin) suggests the absence of chromosomes.

any cell that doesn't have a nucleus like Red Blood Cells, the top most layers of your skin, and hair cells, etc.

the red blood cells do not have a nucleus, however they do have mitochondria, which also have dna in them. and the dead skin cells on the surface of your epidermis are just dead, it doesn't mean they lack dna. so i would say that all of the cells in your body DO contain dna
