I need some of earths constructive forces and what they do and how they are constructive; and i need some of earths deconstructive force and i need whats they do and how they are deconstructive.

Actually, you could look at everything that happens in nature as both. Think of any natural phenomenon and you can have an argument about how it can do both.

For instance, rain. When it rains, the destructive force is erosion, flooding, flash floods, saturation. The constructive force is plant growth, water for animals, atmospheric cooling.
Volcano - destructive lava flow, ash cloud, pyroclastic flows, constructive new earth surface, forrest thinning, climate adjustments, population control.
Hurricane - destructive winds, tornados, flooding, constructive rain, reduction of pollutants in the air . . .

Constructive forces of the earth itself would have to include lava creating new land and destructive forces would list weather and earthquakes
