No. There is no life on Uranus, not life forms from earth. See link below for more information. According to NASA, it has no solid surface. It is only one of the gas planets. The bulk (80 per-cent or more) of the mass of Uranus is contained in an extended liquid core consisting primarily of 'icy' materials (water, methane, and ammonia), with higher-density material at depth.

Depends on what you call 'life'.
Human beings seem to be imbued with an arrogance that entitles them to the only bearers of the label 'life'.
Life is vibration, and rocks, stars, even sound waves and light waves share this attribute.
Is there life on Uranus? Definitely. Are we able to see/view/recognize it? Not yet.

i do not think that it is possible for there to be life on Uranus
1. the freezing temperatures
2. its so far away from the sun that there would be no light
3. the only way that there can be life on Uranus is if the life there had eveolved to support its self
