I would suggest you to contact the Emirates airlines office in India. They will arrange visit visa for you, that would be more easiest and economical. Also they have hotel package as per your requirements.

Most airlines that fly to Dubai also provide Visa packages.
A 30 day visit visa to Dubai requires a deposit of AED2,000 + processing fee - the airline will charge you that, and refund you the deposit when you get back.
Hotels also provide visas, but they tie you into a hotel, and charge a bundle. If you have a friend / relative get in touch with the Airline!

Well, you booked a ticket online instead paying a travel agency. Kowing you know how to use the internet, please look for details about hotels yourself. What you are asking for is just a little to much.
btw. some hotels offer a tourist visa for free when you book online!
@sooraj: Airlines can only issue transit visas (96 hrs) and you have to book a round trip
