we're like good friends and stuff and we hang out with the same crew and when we're like all playing around he like grabs my nuts and butt i mean he doesnt only do it to me he does it to other guy friends too

He may be enjoying the shock that it causes when he does this - and in that sense, it's a way of getting attention. Have you ever been with anyone who did stupid things over and over because it made people pay attention to how he did stupid things over and over?
