Charlie is the older brother. At one time, he was in Eddie's entourage - then Eddie started getting him "bit" parts - now I hear he has a project of his own. Don't know anything about it yet...

You never know the REAL truth about celebs because they have a whole different life than acting and singing and all that junk- so really they could be just buddies who changed their last names the same and became "brothers"
