Many, many times! It's a combination of not having enough faith in my own decision making power and of knowing too many people who operate solely on thier gut with an arrogant and thoughtless attitude... That said, my intuition is usually spot on and mostly fairly powerful. For some reason I choose to analyse my choices to death instead and usually end up regretting it. For example, my instinct told me not to rant in answering this question and now I have... bugger.

All the time, however now I've learned to pay more attention to those gut instincts because I'm thinking I have a little clarvoyancy going on. They've been right too many times.

When I was younger. Now my new gut instinct is that if I feel regret, to just watch that sense of regret and know that it's not me.

Oh yeah, a bank was getting robbed and I decided to make a quick deposit even though I saw the bank surrounded by police cars. Man, I should have followed my gut instinct and did it later.

Oh yeah! I was preparing for a test one time and was looking over my notes and saw a term that I knew the basic gist of but not the actual definition. I thought, oh, maybe I should look this up, then I didn't. The first question on the test asked me was the term meant. I was sossooooooo mad!

Always trust your instinct. If it looks like a duck and acts like a duck. It's a duck.
