I told him it would be only temporary but it kills me deep inside. How can I let it go when every thing else seem out of place

This must be very hard for you. You don't give alot of information, but, I gather that you sent her there because of some personal issues. It's hard to let it go. You must have had a good reason for letting her live with her father. It must have been the best thing for her right now. Try to take that to heart. Being a good mother is doing what's best for the child regardless of the pain it causes us. Try to remember that and when you do feel proud that you put your daughter first. I wish you well.

It doesn't matter how it feels to you! What is best for your daughter? Is she unsafe with him? Is she unsafe with you? You must have let her go for a reason, so now you have to try and fix the things in your life that need fixing, then you and he can sit down and decide what is best for HER! If things feel out of place for HER, then you can think about reorganizing again. But if they are OK with her, then you have no right to mess that up.

Remember that as a parent, you need to think about what is best for HER first, anything else is secondary.
