It's about being in a relationship where he realizes they're both unhappy, and he is tired of playing games with her. He's tired of trying to fix the problem because it's unfixable - he just wasn't meant to be with her. He can't be happy with her, even if she does have some great qualities, and he realizes he has to be miserable alone for a while in order to EVER be happy again.
He says disdain, which means lack of respect accompanied by a feeling of intense dislike.

It means they're relationship ends tonight I think... either that or it means everything ends tonight...

It's disdain...and I am surprised that no one seems to know what it means...it is a common word...anyway....The song is about breaking up...he is saying that by sunrise the relationship is over.. and as for the definition of disdain.....dis·dain (ds-dn) KEY
