whilst RAM runs swifter in twin-channel mode (which demands that sticks be equivalent length) that is nevertheless extra acceptable to have extra RAM, quite while coping with quantities decrease than 2gb. Having 512mb and 1gb is wonderful, the startup message is purely letting you realize which you're no longer getting the utmost overall performance that way. some great reward of extra actual RAM some distance outweigh some great reward of twin-channel mode simply by fact while your equipment runs out of RAM, that is compelled to apply digital reminiscence (swapping information to the complicated force to unlock reminiscence). And that technique is exponentially slower than even the slowest RAM you will desire to purchase.
