You are right, FDR was responsible for the deaths of about 1500 times more American lives than George Bush. And if not for FDR, the attack on Pearl Harbor would not have happened, 3000 (same as Iraq plus Afghanistan) died in 1 hour. Franklin Roosevelt, by far. After all, how else could the guy get elected to four terms (most by any president - remember, this is before term limits. All previous presidents chose to retire after their second term, as George Washington did).

Don't forget, the media supported Roosevelt, while 98% of our media hates President Bush's guts.

I'm a Republican, and the only reason I didn't choose President Bush is that I feel he hasn't done enough to defend himself or his party against the Democrats, nor any of his decisions except the War on Terror and Gulf War II (of course, it doesn't matter what he does - the Democrats would still blast him just for being alive).

However, I'd still choose President Bush in a wink over Bill Clinton, the most retarded man alive. Who else would allow terrorists to attack the country (World Trade Center in 1993, Kenyan Embassy, Bosnia, etc.) and get away scott-free. If he had nabbed Osama bin Ladin when he had the chance, we never would've had 9/11, we wouldn't be in Afghanistan now, and we wouldn't have the mess we have in Iraq and in Congress (known as the Democratic takeover).
