Which deity would you like to party most with and why?

I always imagined Thor would throw a great bash. I imagine lots of loud and raucous revelers, overflowing barrels of ale, dancing on the tables, and high-spirited brawling… all taking place under the best lightning show a drunken thunder-god could produce.

I can’t picture Thor getting bored, but if he did, I’d start tossing dinner plates up in the air so he could smash them to smithereens with his magic hammer.

Depends on the deity.
Some of them like to wear you like a shirt, and enjoy the things that one can do better with a body than without one. Many of them enjoy music and dancing, some also like food, drink, sex, or even playing sports. Shiva likes to dance but is otherwise ascetic. Dionyses, on the other hand, is a real party dude. Pele likes to dance and also she enjoys a drink of gin. Same with many of the voodoo dieties, also they like traditional sweets and roasted chicken. Many of the deities, however, do not partake of earthly food because it is too dense for them and gives them indegestion, so they prefer that you fast while entertaining them and restore your strength afterward. Again, depends on the deity.
When entertaining a deity, be sure and set boundaries, otherwise they may forget themselves and become the guests from hell. Also be respectful, because some of them have bad tempers and don't know their own strength.

I'd throw a house party with Dionysus and Thanatos. We'd all get drunk and no one would wake up the next morning...
