The possible reasons for that is:
She probably plumps themwith the injections that all of the hollywood celebs get. She may just get it done more often.
Or she can just have natrually beautiful, big, plump lips. She is soooooooooooo lucky

She's not the only one with fat lips. Look at Fantasia Barrino and Lisa Rinna. And because we all are just made differently.

i dont know but seems like alot of woman want those big luscious lips..not me though i already have perfect lips!!
