Because in order to make it in the world today, an education is necessary.

You should feel lucky you can go to school, some children in third world countries would give their left arm to go to school for one day.

because society needs to instill norms and a conformed conscious among it's members to help create stability. if you dont like it, go to Japan and get some real schooling. and nobody likes an uneducated idiot.
