Yes- he's responsible for 2 deaths! He could have put them bith in rehab but I think he's addicted too!! that's what he's hiding- an addiction to narcotics, hence the Methadone in the fridge!!!

At first I thought he was guilty of something, maybe even giving her all those drugs. He does look like a pretty sleazy lawyer-type to me, but I think ultimately he would gain more with her alive than dead.
On the news they said that Bahamian law makes him the father of the baby as long as they stay in the Bahamas. Since they never paid for the house they live in there, that may be a problem.
