If it's OK to have hetrosexuals in the same locker room as homosexuals why even bother to have seperate locker rooms for men and women?

Homophobe. Yeah...you really hit the nail on the head there didn't you?

No, you didn't.

What I'm saying is that it doesn't make sense to seperate men and women's locker rooms for reasons of sexuality and then turn around and put homosexual men and straight men or homosexual women and straight women in the same locker room.

I totally agree. If I was in one and I knew one of the guys was gay, I wouldn't change in front of him. Wait until he leaves or pretend to be really religious (even if I'm not) and tell him that hell awaits him, he'll leave then.

That would be really awkward and expensive to carry out. Most homosexuals don't really want to cause a stir so they just excuse themselves and change in the bathroom. Can you imagine having to declare your sexual orientation before changing in high school, the place where cliques are born? That would suck if you were gay and still "hiding."

Because that would be a step in discriminating against homosexuals that perfer to remain "in the closet",although some may wonder if it is not the wish of the person to have their sexual
preferences made public that is their right!!

Men like women, separate them. homosexual males like men separate them. That leaves the lesbians with the males, and the gay men with straight women. that is what your logic is saying. But how many people are gonna admit they are homosexual, when there are people who discriminate, and treat them harshly? But personally, I don't really like locker rooms, unless they are like stalls, and not too public. My comfortability level isn't to high, to be surrounded by a bunch of naked men. It doesn't seem comfortable to me.

No. Locker rooms usually don't become a place of sexual interaction. If a man were entertaining ideas of asking you out or watching you while dressing in the locker room it would be considered sexual harassment, just as if it were a woman. You would need to report them.

Are you afraid they are going to look at your pecker? A lot of the time, you can't even tell if they are homosexual or not. And, your rationality isn't rational.

They don't put women and men in the same room because of physical differences. I don't want strange men staring at my breasts and hoo ha. But, if they do look at you, at least you know what it feels like to be a woman. Taste of your own medicine :-).

Interesting question. I don't think homosexuality is moral and by giving them seperate locker rooms we are endorsing that immorality.

Yes, I don't have anything against homosexuals and I'm not one myself, but I do think they should have separate locker rooms. I really don't want any dude staring at me while I'm changing lol =)

Rationality says no, but if I went into a changing room and saw a bunch of gays acting 'Nancy', I would certainly go and find somewhere else to change. (Maybe the women's area?)
