This would be for a head start program for three and four year olds, I think I have a good shot because I have a four year degree in elementary and special education and it only required a two year degree.

Standard questions:
What skills do you think you have that will make you useful in this group? What are some outside interests you have, such as hobbies, that relate to this area? How would you handle "X" situation. (These types are the hardest to deal with. If you can't think of an answer, request that the interviewer give you a moment to think instead of blurting out the first words on your nervous mind.)

What is your philosophy in education? What makes you right for this position? What is the hardest situation you have had to deal with as a teacher?

Be confident but not to confident. You have the education needed. Relax be yourself, and try to have fun with it. Headstart programs tend to be more laid back. Show that you are creative.
