There is blood in my 6 month olds stools.....?

We were at the dr today and he suggested doing several stool cultures to find the cause. Does any one know what this might be???

It could be an allergy showing up. Did your daughter have a new food? It could also be something other than blood. Did she have any red foods? It could be a number of things which should be clarified by the cultures.

maybe the baby isn't adapting well to a certain kind of food...your dr will figure it out and the baby will be okay...good luck

maybe he's consitpated and he's pushing too hard. that's what happened to my little one.
