Honestly, the deck is weak. You are basing it on burn (supposedly), but there are a lot of attacking-based options, and some of the cards don't seem to make much sense, if any at all, in this deck.

On a scale of 1-100, i give it 19.

Well depending on what cards you get in your hand on your first turn, but i would say a 50% it would only work if you played slowly than trying to take all opponents life points in 2-3 turns, yours would go down too quickly if you tried it that way.

It sounds pretty powerful to me. Try adding two or three Dark Room of Nightmare cards. They'll add 300 life point damage each time you inflict effect damage to your opponent. 1/10, I give it 8.
