no, in arizona it gets below freezing but there is less moisture than most places in the nation cause it's a desert so the air is crisp and bitter but no rain


dallas is very gray right now and rainy and it's colder because of the moisture and high humidity in the air.

Yes in a way because when it rains it brongs the heat out of the ground making it hotter. But if it was already cold then it will get colder.

Sort of. Storms are associated with low pressure. Low pressure areas are usually warmer than high pressure regions. There is no real causal relationship, though

Can be. Warm air hold moisture more efficiently than cold air. Therefore theoretically the air can be warmer when it is raining.
