you know by him being in the military he is getting extra money for being married to you..what you should do is call his commanding officer and make them send that direct money to your bank account...and if you want to get him in trouble just show the proof of adultery to his officer and it will get him demoted losses he will loose his rank.

In the Army, he could be charged with Conduct Unbecoming a Soldier... I'm 99% sure the Navy has the same type of thing. If this is a first offense and he is an otherwise good sailor, he would probably be reprimanded first, although he could face a reduction in rank. I'm also sure there are other possible penalties, like discharge, but I believe it would have to be pretty severe for that.

It depends on what state you live in. I think there was a law passed somewhere, where a person can go to jail for commiting adultry. But you ARE seperated and have papers for the seperation. But the courts don't care who did what to whom. They are there to settle thing. You won't believe how many stories they hear on a daily basis about problems in marriages. Not unless someone is commiting some sort of crime, do they really bother with such tedious things. Sorry to say.

You need to seek counsel but be advised, if you are planning on taking him back then you run the risk of him not only getting in trouble but also loosing his income, which is suppose to support you. You didn't say whether or not you have children together. He will get in trouble no doubt about it. And if you don't plan on working through the adultery then you need to seek legal advice.

Well as far as the military goes he is deep **** now that he did that..you should bring it to their attention ..what a jerk he is...you need to make this legal..nothing makes me more angry than when someone in the military cheats..talk about taking advantage of being away having certain freedoms and privileges not found in other marriages and then really screwing up..yes tell his CO!!!

Don't be hard on yourself if no one wants to sleep with you, I think your husband is lucky to be slept with another woman and that's why he is separated from you. Come on it may sound very harsh but face the truth. You should move on and more forgiving after all you lost the battle by losing your husband to another woman or women.
