Valentines Day is materilistic, Don't worry about if he spends money on you or not, think about what he does for you all year to show his love.

How about nothing. I've never given my wife a valentines gift. I don't need a (specail) day to show how special my wife is. When I want to give my wife something to show how much I love her, I do so no matter what day it is. Be it flowers, a card or maybe a night out on the town, she is always surprized.

Myself and some coworkers were talking just today about what their hubby gets them..out of the 17 ladies I work with only 3 get things from their significant other..and 2 of the 3 are dating. I was surprised since I am not married yet but engaged..I kidded with my hubby to be that I better be getting something. I think that this holiday is very commercialized..if your other half loves you then he should not need a box of chocolates to say it..I know it is hard but remember he loves you!

Do what I do with a non-romantic hubby.... go into denial that it don't bother you and don't make a big deal over it. Become cynical and think that V-Day is overrated, lol

Get him a gift...make him feel like an *** for forgetting, or caring enough to think of you

It means V day doesn't mean a thing to them. It should mean nothing to you too.
