UInfortunately, Greyhound no longer have a service to Morgantown.
But you can get to Pittsburgh from Wilmington by Greyhound bus and then the Grey Line to Morgantown.
Alternatively, you could fly to Pittsburgh and catch the Grey Line bus to Morgantown.
This is a daily service from the airport.

The Grey Line Bus Service

Fares range from $3 dollars to $30 dollars for a one-way ticket and all vehicles are accessible.
Route stops include pickups at the Meadowbrook Mall Food Court, the East Fairmont McDonalds area, the Westover Terminal, the Pittsburgh Greyhound Terminal, and the Pittsburgh International Airport.
For more information, reservations, schedules, and route maps, call Mountain Line at 304-291-RIDE (7433) or visit the Mountain Line Web site: http://www.busride.org.

You could try the Yahoo group Ride Share and split the gas with someone--cheaper, easier than bus, train, or plane..unless you hitchhike...
