If you want to buy locally it depends upon which side of the pond, and what area you live in. Otherwise, online, or Ireland is best, as others have said!

1. Memorabilia is a souvenir that of a matter or event worthy of being remembered (Dictionary.com). If you are that attached to your green wig and leprechaun hat, then you must have kept one from the previous years. Look under the bed.
2. We can give you lists of stores to buy parade-oriented crap (and I do mean crap), but we have no idea if you're in New Delhi or New Amsterdam.
Save your money and just get drunk. You don't need to wear a wig and hat. Everyone will know you're one of those once-a-year Irish wannabes who thinks Ireland is all shamrocks and shillelaghs. Let the rest of us be Irish on the other 364 days- dealing with society's image of yahoos in wigs and hats.

just go to meijers or wal mart. I got some green shot glasses that hang around the neck, a top hat, and a bow tie and some antennas with 4 leaf clovers on them for my friend

the nearest irish pub... not irish "themed," properly IRISH, run by irish, frequented by irish... somewhere that you can actually get a decent pint of guiness coz they know how to pour it...

I'm english by the way, but i do know a couple of good irish pubs in the uk...
