Since your only 13 and depressed you need to go to a counselor not a psychiatrist just your school counselor i know what your going through I've gone through it to don't worry i wouldn't suggest depressing drugs because those might be to tough on you just see your counselor daily or weekly and he or she will help you you just have to make yourself do it and if that doesn't work go home lay on your bed no music or TV no noises period and empty your mind don't think about anything tell your parents and everyone else your going to take a nap or something but don't thing about anything at all just lay down and relax for about 20 or 30 minutes once your mind is clear you may feel better than what you did before but all you really need to do is go biking or bowling or do something fun with your friends and don't let anything bug you k

ask urself y r u depressed. then find out if u can fix it. if u cant then seek some help from a good freind or ur mom and dad. but whatever u do dont ignore it and get more depressed because then ull go through life depressed and that aint good. to live life to the fullest u gotta be happy. =)

join the club........ you and me both. same age too. life sucks when you are 13.... at least it does for me. well, good luck w/ everyting. when im depressed i write poetry and listen to my favorite bands really REALLY loudly. music always helps me. anyway, find what you love more then anything and do it.... it'll keep your mind off of depression for a while. This really isn't good advice because you'd basically be avoiding your feelings, but thats what i do.

do you have clothes on your back?
do you have someone to care for?
do you have someone to love?
if yes, then DONT COMPLAIN cuz some ppl that may be sitting rght next to you dont even have THAT...
