My relative was in the NBA and I asked him this question and he said that they pay for their jersey but it is taken out from their salaries and a player could get a new one every night or he could reuse them all the time.

I think for the most part they do end up with new jerseys almost every game because alot of jersey's are signed and auctioned off for charities or depending on the occasion the jersey may be given to an organization (such as the hall of fame). Also I think Upper Deck sells memorabilia cards that have pieces of "game worn" jerseys in them or something like that. So assuming those are authentic, then I'd say they probably get quite a few through the season. My guess is that whenever they decide to get a new jersey, just because they want a new jersey, they're probably charged. I wouldn't say every night but I'd say if it's a player that makes a decent amount of money (kind of an oxymoron I know) then at least once a week.

Interesting question. NBA players just like NFL players typically re use their jerseys throughout the season. They however will not wear the same one all season long. In the case of the NFL their jerseys get too ripped up and torn up to re use. In the case of both the NFL and NBA alot of players have contracts to give thier jerseys after the games to card companies like Upper Deck or Fleer who will cut the jerseys up into small swatches and put them on game used jersey cards. So my guess is they probobly still go through a bit because of that.

We have cooperated with lots of dealers in the past but the under one is really my personal favorite. They provide a great deal of different jerseys as well as rare ones that you couldn't find from other retailers. The quality and expert services is the greatest you are able to get online with this cheap price. With this distributor, I do believe you aren't going to disappoint you or your customers.

While they may use the same jersey it is definitely cleaned (washed) before every game. That's why the NBA has equipment managers, this is one of their responsibilities.

The cost of being an NFL fan just got more expensive. ... the decision, implementing the new prices as the minimum prices retailers could ... for fans to knowingly buy counterfeit jerseys for a fraction of the price has increased.
