When you make goals whether small or big, when you have completed it you are going to feel so good about yourself. And so THAT is how confidence and selfesteem are built. Start out with a short goal, something doable, like...making your bed for a month. I know it may sound silly, but it will make you feel better about how you stuck with your plan. Then try something else, and soon you will be accomplishing anything and everything you want.

The Best Goals are "Reachable" Ones. You have to see progress. Or you grow tired of `em. Good Question. You're gonna be able to do a lot of things, in your Life. Good Luck!
