Why is that? Only the President has to be born american. The rest would be skipped over if they did not qualify. Please tell us. We anxiously await your answer.

Beats me, who told you that are did you read it I always thought I may be wrong that Colin Powell was Secretary of the State under Bush , I don't know about old Kissinger, I know there was country he couldn't visit they were going arrest him and try him for war crimes.
