I have to write a story: the first sentence has to be *(There is not much time left.)* any ideas on what to write about?
(It only has to be 5 paragraphs)

There is not much time left now, the train will soon be pulling in to the station, the months of waiting and wondering will be over. I feel a mess, my insides are tied up in knots and my nerves are shot to pieces, but luckily you have not been...shot that is!
Part of me wants to run away, to flee this place, its so daunting. But I couldnt, I would never forgive myself if I were to do that, I cant be scared, not of you. I'm just apprehensive thats all it is, a fear of the unknown you might say, a fear that all my hopes and dreams will be dashed.
Can it really be true that we have been writing to each other for nearly three years and yet today will be our first meeting? The first time to see the contours of your face (save for a small, and now much worn photo, taken many years ago). This will be the first time I will be able to hear your voice, I cant help wondering and imagining what that will sound like.
Is this what fate has had in store for me all along? Was my brother destined to meet you, in order for me to then start writing to you all those years ago? If that's true then why am I so worried? I should just sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that nature will take its course and whatever the universe has in store for me will just happen anyway, no matter what I do.
I can see it, I can see the train getting nearer and larger, there are so many different feelings going on inside me that I think I will soon explode. Its stopped! people are getting off now. Will I be able to pick you out from the crowd? Everyone looks the same in their smart uniforms. Then I see the person I have waited so long for, I am running, you are running, I am elated, that beaming smile tells me everything I need to know, you are my battle trodden hero, YOU ARE MY DESTINY!

It could be a pre-millennium story. But there could actually be an apocalypse happening in it. That would be cool to read about.

U could write about people u know like ur familt, friends, and even animals.

dying person, global warming crisis (fictional), medical drama, space craft/plane crash or deteriorating engines.
