In this age of mass destruction weapons, A group of insane people, who hate humanity can do a wide spread destruction. Preaching of hatred towards other non-believers, by holy books can lead to such destructions. ( millions of people read these holy books every day ) Be it any reilion, why dont we come together to condemn and try to remove those saying from holy books.
We have already seen sep/11 and no one wants such things to happen again.

What you are advocating is censorship; in the United States we can not condone censorship or we shall lose a valuable freedom guaranteed by the first amendment to the Constitution. In addition, word of mouth (the preaching done by the leaders of religious groups or the speeches of charismatic terrorists) is undoubtedly far more effective in motivating their adherents than are the written texts which many followers will not have read. Unless the so-called "holy books" themselves would be banned, there are numerous verses which are open to various interpretations at the whims of the reader...

I hate to tell you this bud, but you would have a tough time finding other people to support your insane cause. I whole-heartedly agree with the sentiment, but humanity will never cease to use religion as a way to answer life's great questions, or justify our actions. It's been a part of our history since intelligence, and it will always be here. For some people, faith is what keeps them living; and as such, they would fight to the last man to keep from having their religion taken away.

by the way, Muslims don't hate people. don't group the rest of us with the extremists. they're misinterpreting the holy book and the rest of us are being punished. anyway, we should all try and stop it.
