Why do I have dark underarms? Is it something I did? or what?

are we talking very dark and velvety?
that could be acanthrosis nigricans.

Sometimes it can be due to the deodorant you're using, try switching brands. Overall, I think it's pretty normal for adults to have darker skin wherever pubic hair grows.
