Why wasn't Midtown Madness 3 also released for pc?

Besides Xbox? I got Midtown Madness 1 and 2 but its not fair
that they had to do it for xbox, i want it for pc also.any ideas?

Buy an xbox? there's an idea.

It's not that great anyway. MM2 was the best.
