Yeah that is why you have to change the energy, try to think of something funny, then things turn out better.. works for me.

Nah, I don't really get going until about 3pm. In the mornings I am only about 3/4 there for some reason. I just naturally gravitate to the evenings.

Not for me my morning started out just fine until I got a call from my son's high school vice-principal saying that they caught him smoking dope in the bathroom and he is being suspended for 5 days...so you never know!

No no....I can shake off a bad start and still salvage a good day. Just takes lots of practice, and lord knows I've had my share of practice.
