I have the same model, only I have the Rhapsody version. You plug the MP3 player into your computer, open My Computer and find your MP3 player. Once you open the player there's a folder called VIDEO or something of the sort. Just delete the videos from there.

If you connect to your computer, right click the icon in My Computer and click Explore. When you find the videos, delete them just as you would another file.

you may want to apply the usb cable that got here with ur participant and connect the participant to the workstation and pass to my workstation open the hot pressure discovered or the F: and replica it to ur workstation
