there this person i know.... before and after he period she has stuff coming out, and they are dark colour.... and she has
sromache aches, but not a lot..... can you help? did anyone experience it?

This "dark stuff" is most likely just the beginning and end of the period. The cramps (stomach aches) are from the period. If they are not bad, then nothing to worry about sometimes a Tylenol will help, but don't take too many.

It's perfectly normal.
At the end of her period, she's simply expelling some of the last drops her menstrual flow. Before her next period, it's those last drops.
The stomach aches are called menstrual cramps, and many women have them.

I think ur talking about blood clots.. Every girl gets them they r normal..If ur friend is scared tell her to talk to her mom or to her doctor to find out more information..But I'm goin threw that time of the month right now and yes I've been experiencing it.. Its normal.. :)
