how do they remove the stone in front of where they will be buried, can someone tell me how they bury people in walls?

Didn't you just ask this?
Usually the wall is constructed around the body, or the niches built into the walls for coffins to be inserted later. Just a minute let me get you some links...

ALSO
'tomb walls' are used to bury body remnants in a wall.
