The Curse of the Black Pearl i found that one better by far more of a better story line for me.. and it seamd alot more funnier as well..

Even though Dead Man's Chest is great, I like the Curse of the Black Pearl better. The story makes a lot more sense, and you can really understand what's going on. In Dead Man's Chest, its just one scene after another, and it gets kinda boring after awhile.

I like Curse of the Black Pearl better, I don't know why. Dead Man's Chest is okay too, though.

Curse of the Black Pearl. Dead Mans chest just replayed all the old jokes over again. Plus the story line was super twisted. They should have never made a 2nd...not to mention 3rd.....

In my opinion, i liked Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl better. I felt that the first pirates movie was more exciting than Dead Man's Chest. also, I kinda felt that the long sword fight between Jack, Norrington, and Will was uncalled for and made me want to stop watching after awhile. This is only my opinion, but i hope it helps!

"Curse of the Black Pearl". I liked the story. It was original and it made sense to me.
"Dead Man's Chest" seemed more special FX driven, and didn't like the story as much. It seemed like it was trying to outdo the first movie, while the first stood out on its own.
