Business lawyers are regular lawyers who specialize in business related legal matters. It could be contracts, employment, tax, or anything else that a business would need a lawyer's services for.

Most lawyers specialize in just one or two areas. Business contracts would be one such speciality. Personal injury is another type of speciality, as is criminal trials.

Business Lawyers handle the ins and outs of business. They represent the business in those cases of fired employees that think they have been wronged. They handle buy outs, union grievances, anything that they need to for the business.
