I was a single mom with two sons. My ex is father to the oldest son. Took me to court with a bunch of lies, I had no lawyer and he won supervised visits. He gets to pick who supervises and he picks himself. I don't feel comfortable being around him. Was verbally abusive during marriage. Now he is trying to take away my parental rights so his wife can adopt. I am currently married and have two kids that we have 24/7 who are very healthy, happy, and smart kids. We plan to get a lawyer. Any ideas on how I can get unsupervised visits.

I think you are well on the way, you need to get a lawyer, tell the truth and wherever possible provide hard evidence to prove what has been said are lies. Get good character witnesses who can vouch for your integrity, these should be people of good social standing.

you have the right to have your vist done cps case worker i feel this is better for you so when you go to court you can use their note so you can get it unsupervised if not youre fight a uphill good luck

you went to court without a lawyer? uh-oh...anyway, get one fast, if you're really a good mom, the court will see that. oh and keep praying...

Unless YOU give up your rights he cannot let anyone else adopt them even if u go to jail or anything u styill have rights unless you died or give them up
