I was loooking for basketball shoes that have real good ankle protection since I have just got off of a cast about a week ago. So I was wondering what shoes have you worn or heard of that have good ankle protection.

Go with the Nike Elite's. There are 3 different types of these but you can't go wrong with the shox, hurrache, or air sole technology. I have these shoes and my ankles used to be in real bad shape ( not becasue i was getting shook ) I have had these shoes for about 4-5 months and my ankles have been feeling great since. They cost $80 right now in Eastbay. They were originally $110. Those are the cheapest. The shox are 80 while the hurrache and air sole's are 100 right now. I have the shox and they are great for perfomance. They get kinda scuffed easily. My friends have the others and the other ones don't get torn up that easy. Hope this helps. Good luck

he will no I actual have hyperdunks and that they have got the fly twine which tightens as you progression and there is finished padding around your ankle. i've got come down quite complicated in them and could've twisted my ankle and not something happened as for the fly wades i think of they're mids

Puma got a nice one- also wear a ankle brace as well.
