Anyone here use IMVU? I have a problem with my 3d screen?

My avatar does not show up on the chat screen. I just get a blank white screen, and only the chat bubbles appear. Does anyone know what could be wrong with my computer or what I need to download to allow the images to be shown?

you may need to get a new video card.

also, you can try to change your video settings in IMVU. it should give you the options openGL, and direct3D (and possibly DirectX)

i suggest OpenGL unless you have a good video card. if your clueless, jsut try all three, but try Direct3D last.
