I miscarried last month, and I bled about a week. My friend miscarried last year and she bled 2 weeks, and I've talked to people who bled 6 weeks. So to answer your question, No 6 hours is not too long.

No six hours in not to long you can bleed for seven days. You can end up having a normal cycle. When I had mine I bleed for as long as my cycles would go. You body bleeds like that so that it can try and get rid of all the tissue and things. If you are having alot of pain go to the doc

i will tell you approximately my adventure simply by fact this is fairly comparable. I had some brown recognizing with somewhat pink in it at 8 weeks pregnant. Had this take place 2 days in a row. I informed my well being care expert and she or he wasn't worried. yet, just to ease my ideas, she scheduled me for an ultrasound, yet they could no longer get me in for yet another week (which i nevertheless think of is punctiliously ridiculous). That weekend (9 weeks alongside), i began out bleeding pink. purely gently when I wiped. no longer sufficient for a pad truly. I wasn't cramping in any respect the two. At this factor I purely needed to appreciate no remember if i became nevertheless pregnant or having a miscarriage. So I went to the pressing Care medical institution on the well being middle. They did an ultrasound and clinically determined me with a blighted ovum. Later that evening i began out bleeding heavier (nevertheless no longer a pad an hour and nevertheless no cramping). I then ended up gently bleeding for a pair of week. My well being care expert is presently monitoring my hcg ranges to make valuable they're occurring, in any different case i will prefer a D&C. in case you think of you may wait till Friday, then gain this, yet while it have been me, i'd probably circulate to the ER and get regarded at in the present day. i'd truly understand for valuable what's occurring then would desire to attend various days.

There is no "typical" time, especially if you have a D&C. 6 hours is not long at all; you will usually bleed for weeks.

It all depends on your body. It could be one day to 3-4 weeks. It also depends on how far along you were. Hang in there and if it worries you call your Dr.
Im so sorry for your loss! That is a hard thing to go through. Make sure you have a lot of support!
