One of my best friends is a girl and I love her a lot (as a friend!) but today I had a haircut and Piano Lessons which took up the whole day not allowing me to guy and shop. I really wanna get her something nice (NOT a card, like a stuffed animal or something) but it's too late.

Any ideas?

For the person who said to go out, I've already told you WE ARE JUST FRIENDS, and, we're only 12...

Currently my idea is what you said, I know I've been wanting to do that, and I'm giving her one of her favorite animals with a bunch of Nutter Butters (her favorite snack)

GO CLASS OF '12~

write a letter about FRIENDSHIP and all the good times you have together and how you will always be there for that person, something really deep that will make her feel special. Thats what I am doing! hope i helped! btw, put it on some nice paper, if you have a colored printer you can probably find something valentines day themed. Good Luck!!!

Sounds really cute. Go for it!

It might sound "corny" (or old fashioned) to a 12 year old, but if a stuffed animal is your first thought... Then get her a teddy bear (for the following reasons):

1) A teddy will never tell you lies
2) A teddy can keep a secret.
3) A teddy never gets scared
4) A teddy will be there when you need a friend
5) A teddy will never dump you
6) A teddy is totally trustworthy
7) A teddy doesn't bad mouth you to its friends
8) A teddy is great to cuddle (even when you are old)
9) A teddy lasts as long as a friendship (until you throw it away)
10) A teddy is a girl's best friend (until they "grow up" then its diamonds)

11) I sell teddy bears.... Russ T. Bears (my own brand)

Teddy bears have been the world's favourite stuffed animal since they were invented in Berlin in 1893 when the Stein brothers went to the Berlin zoo and spotted some live brown bear cubs at play in the bear enclosure. Impressed by how cute these cubs were they came up with the concept of a stuffed toy made out of fur in the shape of a bear.
Previous to this there were toy bears but they were mainly made of wood or tin and were nearly all mechanical (things like wind up dancing bears). In 1898 they added movable limbs in an attempt to make the bears more lifelike. The 20th century has seen a return to the original design (fixed limbs) for mass production...

The answer now depends on how much You can spend on Her, rather than the amount of time You spend With Her. Get Her a "Friendship Ring" or a simple bracelet. Something that will last longer than the moment. It is not What You say to Her with Your present, but rather what Your gift tells Her about You and Your relationship.

Bake her a giant chocolate chip cookie! That si what I did for my BFF! It only takes about 30-45 minutes and I made it from scratch! Here is the recipe and ingredients.

3/4 cup butter flavor Crisco solid shortening

1 1/4 cups brown sugar -- firmly packed

2 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 egg

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semisweet chocolate

1 cup pecan pieces -- optional

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream: Butter Flavor Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Blend until creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture, gradually. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread dough in a rectangle cookie sheet with edges and make it reach the edges. Do not worry about it going over the edge, it did not do this to me. Bake at 375 degrees 11-13 minutes. (Keep on checking it to see when it is Golden-Brown.(will appear light and moist - DO NOT OVERBAKE), Decorate to your liking with candy, icing, sprinkles, or keep it plain!Good luck and happy Valentine's day!

How about a great dinner out ... at a special place that neither of you would normally go.

And splurge on a great bottle of Champagne if you are drinkers (Like Korbel Brut) ..
Happy Valentines

Give her 'free-request vouchers'. Whatever she asks you will do. It'll be fun but also thoughtful (useful for her) at the same time.
