my boyfriend and i were fooling around the other night . he started touching me and i didn as well. everything felt good, until he went inside me with his finger ( just one) and it made me jump. it was not only uncomfortable but in a way kinda painful. is this normal? ( btw im a virgin and never used tampons before). does this mean that im really tight and that when i have sex it will hurt really badly?
im 18 and hes 22.

Yes, what you have experienced is normal. There is a thin layer of tissue called the hymen that breaks on your first sexual experience. There most likely will be a little bleeding, and it is painful but not excruciating so. It's gets better, so don't think it will hurt like this all the time. Hopefully, you boyfriend will be slow and careful the first time you decide to have sex. Also, be sure to use protection.

Did you bleed a little bit after wards? If you did, it may just be because he broke your hymen, which is a layer of skin inside your vagina. It breaks when you first have sex or use a tampon, or stick anything up there... Its perfectly normal for it NOT to bleed aswell. Sex will probably hurt a bit the first time but you are completley normal and not tight. I'm just willing to bet that your boyfriend broke your hymen.

Yea it'll hurt! lol. . . Finger puppet play is good altho uncomfortable at first-but uuh- yea the real thing is gonna hurt. Only the first or second time tho. No worries. Make sure he's the one and be safe!

It can be painful sometimes, and uncomfortable if you're not used to it. What happens next is up to you. You can ask him to be gentle and if he cares about you, he will take extreme care.
